The Gut Health Blend

Many energy drinks exploding on the market with claims to boost your gut health still have harmful sugar and other chemicals that undo all of their claims. Elixir has the prebiotics and fiber your gut needs, along with everything else your body needs for a complete health formula, and none of the harmful ingredients you don’t need.

Studies show that prebiotics play a vital role in supporting a healthy gut microbiome, which is linked to better digestion, immunity, and even mental clarity. Unlike other products, Elixir provides a clean source of prebiotics to fuel the good bacteria in your gut, helping you feel your best from the inside out.

Dietary fiber intervention on gut microbiota composition in healthy adults: a systematic review and meta-analysis

----------------------

This systematic review and meta-analysis published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition evaluated the effects of dietary fiber interventions on gut microbiota composition in healthy adults. The study included 64 randomized controlled trials with 2099 participants. It found that dietary fiber interventions, particularly involving fructans and galacto-oligosaccharides, significantly increased the abundance of Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus spp., as well as fecal butyrate concentration, compared to placebo/low-fiber comparators.
